Feist To Serenade Riviera Theatre

While many already know her for her extended career with Broken Social Scene
and as a successful solo artist, but the buzz surrounding Canadian singer
Feist has swelled as her song “1234” has stood as the audio focus for the
current iPod Nano TV commercials. Fans can experience Feist in concert Nov.
17 at Chicago’s Riviera Theatre.
Feist—whose full name is Leslie Feist—is on tour in support of
her latest release, “The Reminder,” which hit stores nationwide in May.
“The Reminder,” which features the aforementioned “1234” offers what may
be a fan’s first taste of her low-key, enchanting singing voice. Fans may
also recognize the moving track “My Moon My Man” which was featured heavily
in recent telephone advertisements. Aside from these standout tracks, songs
like “Brandy Alexander,” “Honey Honey,” “Past in Present” and “So Sorry” shine.
Longtime Feist fans are sure to recognize her song “Mushaboom” which appeared
in popular ads for Lacoste perfume.
Riviera Theatre is at 4746 N. Racine Ave. Tickets for this all-ages show
