The Flaming Lips, as a unit, while often maintaining a fan base which enjoys the band’s somewhat underground, somewhat mainstream following, has also found commercial success with songs like “Do You Realize??” and “Fight Test” among others.

The band’s stage show which usually features some form of animal costume and impressive, yet psychedelic imagery has become legendary, and Coyne’s now infamous life-sized bubble is sure to put an exclamation point on one of the best performances in rock today.
